Handmade Items

Crochet items are handmade, so slight differences in size, color, and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are available when possible. Once work has started, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Mystery Boxes

Mystery boxes are a surprise and may include crochet items, books, squishies, and other goodies. Because the contents are a surprise, I do not accept returns based on personal preference.

Books & Squishies

All items are inspected before shipping. Any known flaws or significant wear will be disclosed in the listing.

Care & Safety

Please handle crochet items with care and follow any care instructions provided. Some items may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children or pets.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the item. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal nature of my products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 10 days with photos so I can help resolve the issue.
